Meet Dulce
My name is Dulce Cabrera, and I am a marketing and communications student with a strong interest in public relations, social media, and creative storytelling. I enjoy learning how branding, events, and digital media come together to shape the way people experience and connect with companies. Through my coursework and projects, I have developed skills in writing, content creation, and visual design, which I continue to build through both school assignments and personal experiences.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy photography, attending events, and traveling to new places. Many of my experiences, including road trips to national parks and photographing local events, have helped me develop a creative perspective that I bring into my work. I like to see public relations and marketing not only as a career path, but as something that appears in everyday life, from brand events to social media trends.
As a first-generation college student, pursuing higher education is especially meaningful to me. My parents did not have the opportunity to attend college, which motivates me to work hard and take every opportunity seriously. Their support inspires me to stay determined, reach my goals, and build a successful future through creativity and dedication.
